2. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidding upon payment of non refundable Birr 500.00 in presenting renewed trade license.
3. The bidders shall submit one envelop sealed bidding document which encloses one big wax sealed envelope of ORIGINAL TECHNICAL DOCUMENT & ONE COPY. This shall be produced in different wax sealed envelopes and labeled as “ORIGINAL TECHNICAL DOCUMENT & COPY” AND FINANCIAL DOCUMENT also encloses one big wax sealed envelope of ORIGINAL FINANCIAL DOCUMENT & ONE COPY. This shall also be produced in different wax sealed envelopes and labeled as “ORIGINAL FINANCIAL Offer and COPY”
4. All bidders must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 2% of the total bid price payable to CIC APPF in acceptable from of CPO or unconditional bank gurantee in wax sealed envelope with Techinical documents.
5. Bids shall be delivered on/before 30^th day of the 1^st day announcement one newspaper on/before 10.00 AM and will be opend on the same day at 10:30 A.M at Addis Ababa Liaison office located at Bole Rwanda Bridge in front of Djibouti Embassy in the presence of all bidders or their legal representatives, who choose the attend.
6. Adami Tulu Pesticides processing Factory reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
