- Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding (International). OCBI procedures in accordance with the African Development Bank's Procurement Framework for Bank Group Funded Operations dated October 2015 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework

- The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application directly from the ANRS Water and Energy Bureau, Finance and Property Administration Directorate, room no. 84, of Birr 1000.00 (Birr One Thousand). The method of payment will be in cash. The bid document will be physically taken by the bidder or its legal representative
- Bids must be delivered to the address below ANRS Winer and Energy Dorner, Water Schemes Construction Input Supply directorate, One WaSH Building room number 8 Bahir Dar, on or before 10:30 AM local time 03 January, 20025 CC. E Bidding will not be permitted Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders" designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 10:30 AM local time on 03 January, 2025 G.C
- All Bids must be accompanied by the amount of hid security as stated in the table shove in the form of acceptable securities specified in ITB 19.3 and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days 28 days. Insurance bond is not acceptable.
- Attention is drawn to the Procurement Framework requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder's beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document
