- Renewed Trade License for this budget year (2017 EC)
- Renewed Registration Trade Certificate for this budget year (2017 EC)
- VAT Registration Certificate.
- TIN Certificate,
- Tax clearance certificate valid during the bidding period from Federal Revenue and Custom Authority or Oromia Revenue and Custom Authority.
- PPA's Suppliers registration list Certificate or full information about bidder.
- Bidding document shall be purchased at Lege Tafo Lega Dadi Sub City Finance Office with non-returnable fee of Birr 2000.00 (Two Thousand birr only) start from date of announcement for 21 working days and hours, at Sinke Bank Account No 1054474791217
- All documents will be submitted according to guidelines given on instruction to bidders.
- All bids Must be accompanied by a bid security, in CPO or bank, guarantee of Birr 500,000.00 (Five hundred Thousand) birr valid for 90 days after the date of bid opening. the bid security must be addressed "LTLD SUB CITY FIN O" separately.
- Submission and opening of the bid.
