- The Harari People Regional State Harari Region Water supply & Sewerage Authority has allocated budget. The Authority from its own finance intends to Construct of B+G+5 Mixed Use Building (Phase 1) project at Harar Town Harari Region Water Supply Authority compound.
- The Authority now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders and qualified contract for the Construction of B+G+5 Mixed Use Building (Phase 1).
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during office hours.
- Qualifications requirements of contractors are: Renewed and valid Trade license for 2017 E.C, and Tax Clearances Certificate for 2017, Registration for Value Added Tax (VAT) and Tax Identification number (TIN).
- A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee ETB (Birr) 3,000.00 (Three Thousand birr only) or freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be in cash.
- Bids must be delivered to the address given below before 30 (Thirty) Consecutive calendar days starting from 1" announcement day up to 10:00 AM at closing date. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 10:30 am of closing date.
- All bids shall be valid for a period of 120 (One hundred twenty) days after Bid opening and all bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of Unconditional Bank Guaranty/CPO from a reputable bank of Ethiopia (with Exception of Lion Bank S.C) and must be addressed to Harari/P/R/State Water Supply and Sewerage Authority. Bidders should use the bank guarantee form provided in Section IV (Bid Forms) of this tender document for bid security.
- The Authority reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
