Notice of Invitation for Bids

1. 1. We, Yotek Construction Plc, have signed contract agreement with Ethiopian Road Administration for the Construction Works of the under listed road project.
   2. The project is located in North part of the country of Amhara Regional State.
   3. Yotek Construction Plc would like to invite eligible bidders to perform Geo-technical investigation work of the under listed project.

1. 4. Interested bidders shall have experience of Two (2) projects with similar scope Employed under the Ethiopian Roads Administration.
   5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information by presenting official request along with original legal registration document stated above at the address given below from 8:00a.m. to 12:00a.m. and 1:00p.m. to 5:00p.m. local time from Monday to Friday and 8:00a.m. to 12:00a.m. local time on Saturday. A complete set bidding documents prepared in English language may be collected by interested bidders effective as of the next working day of announcement.
   6. Bidders shall submit their bids in two separate envelopes, the first envelope labeled as "Qualification Information" and the second envelope "Financial Bid" and the two envelops sealed in on other outer envelope. One original and one copy of the bids have *to be submitted. The Qualification information will be opened immediately after the submission deadline in the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
   7. Bids must be delivered to the address below before January 11, 2025 G.C. at 10:00A.M.
