INVITATION FOR BID
Ethiopian Center for Development(DANIDA Project) invites interested bidders for the Purchase of:-
- Different garment fabric/apparel and related items for the garment training department
- Different hotel operation training material input for the hotel operation training department
- Different garment and hotel IGA business start-up material
Therefore;
The organization invites sealed bids from eligible bidders as per the conditions specified hereunder.
I. Renewed Trade License
II. TIN Certificate
III. VAT Registration Certificate
IV. TAX clearance certificate
V. Renewed practicing certificate
VI. All bidder's price shall be before value-added tax (VAT)
VII. Bidders use the bid item list to fill their price in front of each item without any repetitive canceling (delete) mark, and put their seal and signature accordingly. Using other pricing sheets is not allowed.
VIII. The Organization has the right to add or reduce items which are indicated in the bid document.
IX. Bidders shall submit samples for the specified items before the bid opening, but for the other items, it should be according to the given specification.
X.Filling price depending on or referring price is extremely forbidden.
XI. Bidders shall get the bid document without any payment.
XII. Bidders' document should fulfill; full address, business firm seal or stamp, bidder signature, and other requirements.
XIII. A bidder who tries to cheat, fraud, or corrupt to distort the bid process will be accountable according to the National law.
XIV. When bidders hand over the award letter they will sign an agreement that shows the activity of accomplishment.
- Bidders can collect the bid document (TOR) from the Ethiopian Center for Development Head office located at Bole Alem building 7th floor from 31 January/2025-06/ February/2025
- Bid documents must include technical and financial proposals and must have to be submitted.
- All bid documents will be collected up to 06/February 2025, 4:00 PM.
- The bid will be opened on Thursday, February 06, 2025, at 4:30 PM at the Ethiopian Center for Development Head office procurement department.
- The bidder is responsible for payment of all taxes and duties payable to the Government.
- Ethiopian Center forDevelopment has the right to cancel all or part of the bid.
