YBP SC is locally established Petroleum Company to distribute of fuel, Oil and LPG to customer. Now the company intends to build a full-fledged B+G+4+T at Addis Ababa site.
Yetebaberut Beherawi Petroleum (YBP) invites all interested and eligible bidders to participate for CONSTRUCTION OF FINISHING WORK B+G+4+T AND CAR WASH as per the following commitment to bidders. This tender is for phase 5 comprising Civil. Electromechanical and Steel structure works.
Interested bidders Grade Five to Grade one GC or BC can collect the bid documents from our Head Office with the address specified below upon payment of non-refundable birr 500.00 (Five hundred birr) from the date of issuance of the bid.
- Bidders must submit photocopy of currently renewed and valid business license.
- Bidders shall submit one original as well as one copy of technical and financial proposals. The technical proposal should be submitted in one envelope whereas the financial proposal and bid security should be submitted in a separate envelope. These two envelops should then be placed in a sealed outer envelope.
- Bidders shall submit their offer in a sealed envelope marked PHASE5, CONSTRUCTIONOFFINISHING WORK B+G+4+T AT AYERTENA B+G+4+T"
- All bids must be submitted to address below effective February 20/2025 before 2:00PM. Late bids will not be considered.
- Bidders must include a bid security of 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO/Bank Guarantee that is valid for at least 120 (One) hundred twenty days) after February 20/2025.
- Technical proposals of the bidders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives on February 20/2025 at 2:30PM.
- The Bidder, at the Bidder's own responsibility and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine the Site of Works.
- Yetebaberut Beherawi Petroleum S.C. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
