• 1. IJA Developers Share Company has secured a budget for the procurement. So open bid scaled from eligible bidders for the supply and office equipment's wants to compete.
  2. The equipment are categorized in different Lots
• LOT I:-Stationary
• LOT II:-Computer and Related
• LOT III:-Office Furniture
  3. Hence, interested bidders who can fulfill the criteria and submit the following legal documents can participate in the bid:-

1. Renewed trade/business license for 2017 E.C
2. Recent Tax clearance
3. TIN certificate
4. VAT certificate
5. Certificate of competence from the Concerned Authorities
6. Other related documents
   4. Obligatory to provide bid security of birr 20,000.00(Twenty thousand) for Lot One, 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand) for Lot Two & Lot Three in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank guarantee.
   5. Bidders shall deliver bid documents to IJA Developers Share Company, 3rd floor on or before 17 March 2025 at 2:00 PM. Bids submitted after this deadline will not be accepted. The bid shall be opened on 17 March 2025 at 2:30 PM at IJA Hall in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives.
   6. A complete set of bidding documents in English can be purchased from the above office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 300.00 (Three Hundred) from the address indicated below.
   7. IJA Developers S.C reserved the right to reject all or part of bids.
