Expression of Interest (EOI) for the

Supply of Pumps

Oxfam GB, a UK-based International Humanitarian and Development Organization, has been working in Ethiopia since the 1960s. Oxfam GB is looking for capable and reliable suppliers to provide the below-mentioned pump specifications to support its humanitarian and development activities in the Gambella region.

Thus, Oxfam GB is issuing this Expression of Interest to suppliers who currently have stock and are legitimate to take the detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) and item specifications.

Item Specifications:

1. Pump Type: Vertical or Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Pump, Electric o Head: 150m

• Flow Rate (Q): 150 m3/h
• Power: 60-75KW, 3-Phase
• Model: European brand or equivalent o Quantity: 1 Unit

2. Control Panel:

• Power: 60-75 KW
• Model: European brand or equivalent
• Quantity: 1 Unit

3. Pump Type: Vertical or Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Pump, Electric

• Head: 100m
• Flow Rate (Q): 90 m3/h
• Power: 30 KW, 3-Phase
• Model: European brand or equivalent o Quantity: 1 Unit

4. Control Panel:

• Power: 30 KW
• Model: European brand or equivalent o Quantity: 1 Unit

Requirements:

Suppliers who have collected the TOR and detailed item specifications must be willing to allow Oxfam to conduct a physical technical inspection on the same date.

Interested suppliers can collect the TOR and detailed item. specifications from Oxfam GB, Ethiopia Programmed Office, located at the address below. Suppliers are required to carefully review the detailed item specifications, and only those with available stock should collect the documents. Suppliers must confirm stock availability through an official letter by April 4, 2025, 4:30 PM.
