Supply, Apply, Test, Commissioning & Hand over of bituminous membrane water proofing works

Ayat Share Company having its legal address at Kirkos sub-city, Wereda 07, House No.23/502. Addis Ababa Ethiopia, invites all interested bidders in local competitive bidding who are competent for the Supply. Apply. Test. Commissioning & handover of bituminous membrane water proofing works for CCE site, Ayat Zone 2 and Ayat Zone-8 projects. Therefore, eligible contractors/suppliers are invited to submit their bidding documents based on the following information.

2. Interested bidders can collect the bidding document from AYAT SHARE COMPANY head office at 3rd floor, procurement Department. Office No. 10, Tel: +251-11 646 3446 (office) from April 10, 2025 G.C to April 29,2025G.C.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the company's tendering procedures and is open to registered bidders who have similar experiences and capacity for the intended work.
4. Bidders should submit a copy of their Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT registration certificate and copy of their renewed trade license for 2017 E.C budget year.
5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Ayat Grand mall project along the road from CMC Michael to Wossen, 150m from the traffic light 3rd floor office No. 10 Procurement Department

1. 1. A complete set of hard copy of bidding document in English can be obtained by interested bidders from the address above (5) upon presenting legal documents listed above in (4).
   2. Bidders are required to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in the procurement document.
   3. Bidders are required to submit financial and bid security documents using two separate sealed envelopes with two copies.
   4. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to Birr 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand) addressed to Ayat S.co which will be valid for 90 days and shall be a CPO or unconditional bank guarantee letter written in favor of Ayat Share Company.
   5. Bids must be delivered to the address above (5) on or before 29th of April 2025, 10:00AM (4:00 local time). Late bids will be rejected
   6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend at the address above (5) on April 29th, 2025 at 10:30AM (4:30 local time) from the address above (5).
   7. Evaluation will be conducted as per Procurement guideline of AYAT s.co. by the assigned tender committee.

 Note: office hours from Monday to Friday 8:00A.M._12:30 A.M. and 1:30P.M.-5:00 P.M. local time and on Saturday's 8:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. local time.
