INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR PROCUREMENT OF LABORATORY CHEMICALS

SNV in Ethiopia invites interested, eligible, and competitive bidders to participate in a tender for the supply of laboratory chemicals to support the implementation of its project. the required items and specifications are detailed in the bid document.

deadline: bids must be delivered to the address below on or before May 26, 2025, up to 5:00 pm.

1. late bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Interested bidder shall collect the full bid document from SNV_ Ethiopia Ethiopia Head office starting from May 11, 2025, from the below SNV Ethiopia address.
3. Both technical and financial offers should be in separate envelopes and dully signed and stamped.
4. Technical specification should be complete (including technical data sheet, brochures etc...).
5. All bid prices should be valid for 90 days.
6. Bidders are required to furnish the following copies of relevant documents:

• Registration/legal documents,
• Vat registration certificates
• Valid trading license
