1. ETHIO-CHINA Mining PLC invites all interested and eligible bidders by this International competitive Bid (ICB) for the Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Training, handing over and Knowhow Transfer of Coal washing Plant (Turn-key Project).

2. The Bid Documents is expected to collect from the office addresses shown on No.4

3. Interested and eligible bidders are expected to fulfill the Requirements for Availability of Letter of Authorization to sign the bid offers.

4. The Technical and Financial proposal shall be sent by email through Two email addresses shown on the BID document only as of the BID Closing date (not before) Friday August 15, 2025 with the front title wrote on the technical and financial proposals as "Tender for Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Training, handing over and Knowhow Transfer of Coal washing Plant (Turn-key Project):

5. Bid proposal will be received only as of Friday August 15, 2025 before 5:30 P.M Local Time.

6. Bids received before and after the closing date and time will be automatically rejected.

7. Bids received in time and fulfilling the formalities shall be eligible and proceed to the Technical and Financial evaluation.

8. Global vision partners commercial and industrial PLC reserves the right to reject all or parts of this bid.

9. No one is allowed to duplicate or transfer the bidding document that acquired to participate under this invitation.

10. Bidders are seriously advised to read and comply with the instructions provided in this bidding document.
