- Complete set of bidding documents can purchase by interest bidder up on presentation of renewed license on WWC/GC/Consultancy, Registration Certificate issued from authorized Ministry, Tax payer certificate, Registration Card for VAT & Tin together & Copy of ID card. Documents in English can be purchased from the above- mentioned office up on payment non-refundable fee of birr 1000(one thousand) by submission of a written application to the Oromia Water & Energy Bureau.
- Bid must be submitted to the below office on or before 22/09/2025 GC 11:59 AM and must be accompanied by bid bond 1% of the bid price in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee.
- Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidder's or their Representatives who choose to attend 02:30 PM on the same date at 4th floor room No. Left side
- The Bureau reserves the right to reject the bids partially or fully at any time.
Note: Interested Bidder shall prepare their bid document according to required information mention in BDS and criteria set in this bid document.
