INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE OF LEGAL SERVICE
MSI Ethiopia Reproductive Choices is a non-governmental and non-profit making organization that has been providing family planning (FP) and other sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services in Ethiopia since 1990. Its vision is:
"Children by Choice, not by Chance."
In line with this vision, MSI Ethiopia Reproductive Choices delivers comprehensive family planning and reproductive health services through static clinics, social franchising private networks. Public Facility Support (PFS), and mobile units.
Call for Legal Service Providers
MSI Ethiopia Reproductive Choices intends to purchase legal services and hereby invites interested and eligible bidders to submit their proposals.
How to Obtain Bidding Documents
Bidding documents can be collected from the MSI Ethiopia Reproductive Choices Support Office, located in Addis Ababa, Wolo Sefer, in front of Tebaber Berta, at the reception desk, during working hours (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM), starting from 6 October 2025.
- Bidders must submit Technical and Financial Proposals in two separately sealed envelopes (one for Technical Proposal and one for Financial Proposal).
- Both envelopes must be clearly marked and inserted into the bid submission box prepared for this purpose.
- Deadline for bid submission:
- 20 October 2025
- Before 10:00 AM
Bid Opening
- Bids will be opened on the same day. 20 October 2025 at 10:30 AM, in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the MSIE Meeting Hall.
Mandatory Requirements
All bidders must submit:
- Signed and stamped bidding documents
- Valid and renewed Business License
- Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate
