Invitation to International Competitive Bid (ICB)

Bank of Abyssinia would like to invites eligible & interested bidders to submit proposals for the procurement of External Website and Internal Portal solution to align with the Bank's brand Identity, customer experience vision, and digital transformation strategy.

Therefore, all interested bidders may participate and submit their technical and financial proposals with due consideration of the following requirements:

0. 1. Bidding information:
1. Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding procedures and & open to all eligible bidders.
2. The bid document shall be collected from Bank of Abyssinic Head office, Ras Building 2nd floor /Block B.Office Number B2-05 against payment of non-refundable fee of ETB Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred) via Bank of Abyssinio, Account No. ETB1502100010001 on working hour. (Monday to Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM; 1:00 PM-5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM) starting from October 8, 2025,
3. The eligible bidders must submit their bids in their own names only.
4. The bids must be accompanied by a Bid Borid of:

ETB 200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand Birr only); for Domestic bidders

Equivalent USD GBP or EURO amount counter guaranteed by local banks in Ethiopia: for Foreign Bidders

1. 1. The Bid bond must be an unconditional Bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (CP.O.) in favor of Bank of Abyssinia S.C In any other form is not acceptable. Bid securities issued by foreign banks or financial institutions shall be counter- guaranteed by an Ethiopian bank
2. Submission Details:
   1. All bids must be deposited in the fender box prepared for this purpose at Bank of Abyssini Procurement Department during office hours before November 11, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the place mentioned above.
   2. The bid will be opened on November 11. 2025 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend at the place mentioned above.
3. Notices:
   1. Bids submitted by bidders which do not meet the above mentioned requirements shall be rejected without further notice.
   2. The bank demands strict adherence to deadlines and Bids submitted beyond the final submission date will not be considered.
   3. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
