The Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation (ECWC) here by invites registered eligible bidders For the Procurement of Supply of Tilling Material Floor and Wall Finishing under national competitive bidding (NCB).
- Interested Potential Bidders are required to present renewed relevant Trade License for the fiscal year, VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate and Online Supplier list Registration Certificate together with the offer.
- Bidding document should be prepared in English language.
- Those bidders willing to participate for supply of any type of tonner must accompanied the bid with manufacturer authorization letter or manufacturer license.
- Interested Potential Bidders obtain a complete set of bidding document from the Procurement Office with Payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 400.00 (Four hundred birr).
- This invitation of bid is open to all interested potential bidders regardless of their nationality.
- Bid must be accompanied with a Bid Security an amount of Birr 400,000.00 (Four hundred thousand birr only) in the form of certified check (CPO) or Bank guarantee, Bid Bond in the form of insurance bond or in any other form shall not be accepted.
- Bids must be delivered or deposited in the Tender Box situated at the office of the Procurement dep't, before the closing date and time.
- The deadline for bid Submission shall be on November 18, 2025 at 10:00 Α.Μ.
- Bids will be opened on November 18, 2025 at 10:30 A.M. in Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation Procurement Department conference room, in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who choose to attend.
- The Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation reserves its rights to reject any or all bids.
