1. The Oromia Mineral Development Authority (OMDA) have secured a budget for the procurement of "Geological, Geophysical & Geochemical Equipment's for Geological work"
2. Complete bid document in English can be purchased from the above- mentioned office up on payment of non-refundable fee of birr 500 (five hundred) by submission of a written application of the Oromia Mineral Development Authority.
3. Bidders should present renewed license, Registration card for VAT & TIN together & copy of ID card.
4. Bid document shall be delivered to Oromia Mineral Development Authority 10th floor and Tel+ 251 011-813-43-45/ 0978072210 on or before 11:30 Local Time 23/2/2026 and bids shall be opened at 4:30 local time on the same date in the presence of the bidder's representatives who are interested to attend at the 10th floor
5. Bids shall be accompained by bid bond of not less than 1.5% of the bid price in the form of CPO or un conditional Bank Guarante.
6. Oromia Mineral Development Authority reseves the to reject the bids partially or fully.
