Development Expertise Center (DEC) invites bids for the supply of Montessori Kits, student/teacher guidebooks, and electronic equipment for Education in Emergency projects across multiple regions.

Development Expertise Center (DEC) is a National Civil Society Organization (CSO) that aspires to see all children and Youth Wellbeing fostered. The organization has five major program areas; Child well- being and Education Development. Gender and Life Skill Development; Employable Skill Development, Advocacy and Humanitarian Emergency Response programs. DEC works different Regions of Ethiopia: Afar, Amhara, Benshangul Gumuz, Gambela, Oromia and Tigray, South West and Addis Ababa City Administration.
In line with the above Mission DEC Wants to Procure Different Materials for Education in Emergency Projects implemented in different areas.
1. Montessori Kits (Locally produced pre-primary playing and learning kits-, contextualized / standard pack) which includes Language Learning Materials, Mathematics Learning Materials, Practical Life Learning Materials Sensorial Learning Materials and Geography Learning Materials
2. Student and teachers Guide-Book Print (printing books for Accelerated Learning Programs)
3. Electronic / Digital Equipment for School Use
Therefore, all interested and eligible bidders who are capable, qualified, and technically competent and have a valid license for the current Ethiopian FY 2018 can submit their Documents.
Note that:
a. Bidders Can collect Specifications and Quantities from the Coordination Office by showing their Renewed License for the Year
b. Development Expertise Centre reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
c. Late applying for bids will not be accepted
d. Bidders should indicate the price includes VAT.
e. Each item is submitted in a Separate Sealed Envelope.
Bids should only apply between January 12 and 19, 2026.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 10:30 am (4:30 local time) on January 21, 2026, at the DEC Office.
