1.       Ethiopian Trading Businesses Corporation has allocated funds to be used for the procurement of Website Design, Development, Deployment and Maintenance of ETBC Website.

2.       The Ethiopian Trading Businesses Corporation, Directorate of Procurement and Property Management now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified Firms/Bidder(s) for the procurement of: Website Design, Development, Deployment and Maintenance of ETBC Website

3.       Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Procedures specified in the Public Procurement and Property Authority, and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Guidelines.

4.       Qualifications Requirements: -

Ø  Valid Business License indicating the stream of business in which the Bidder is engaged Related with the subject procurement (Valid for 2018 EC)

Ø  Commercial Registration Certificate.

Ø  VAT registration certificate issued by the Tax Authority.

Ø  Valid Tax Clearance Certificate issued by the Tax Authority.

Ø  Tax Payers Registration Certificate issued by the Tax Authority

Ø  FDRE Registration suppliers list

5.       Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Directorate of Procurement and Property Management Central Procurement Team at the address given below from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

6.       A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders as of January 15, 2026 Monday-Friday 8:30a.m. - 12:30 p.m and 1:30 p.m to 5:00 p.m. On the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 700.00 (ETB Seven Hundred Birr Only) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. The methods of payment will be cash or cashier's check.

7.       Bidders shall submit their bids in two envelopes, "Technical Documents and Bid Security" in one envelope and "financial bid" separately in other envelop and the two envelops sealed in on anther outer envelope.

8.       Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:30 A.m. (Local Time 4:30) on January 27, 2026 Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 10:30 A.m. (Local Time 4:30) on January 27, 2026 bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 50,000.00 (ETB Fifty Thousand Only) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency in CPO, or Bank Guarantee counter guaranteed by Local Bank. From Insurance Company CPO, bank Guarantee will not be permitted and will be rejected.

9.       The ETBC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to annul the bidding processes at any time prior to contract award, without there by incurring any liability to bidders.
