Background:
JSI is a US-based public health nonprofit organization committed to delivering high-quality technical and managerial assistance programs worldwide. With over 25 years of experience in Ethiopia, JSI has implemented over 60 projects, focusing on improving health outcomes, quality, and equity in access to reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health (RMNCAH) services. JSI has actively contributed to various areas, including primary health care, community health programs, digital health, health information systems (HIS), supply chain management, public health emergency responses, and social and behavior change.
JSI invites sealed bids from registered suppliers under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for the provision of ERP System with ERP Next Software system. Implementation for Organizations SOP'
1. Where a supplier wishes to participate for this bid must have license and register by the tax authority.
2. The bidding documents may be collected by interested suppliers from the JSI office. The bidder renewed Trade License for 2018 E.C, its Tax clearance certificate valid at submission of bids &, VAT registration certificate with tax payer registration certificate
3. Should have experience in developing, Procurement management, Vehicle management, Warehouse management, Payment processing and Subgrantee and the must have experience in developing two Modules in ERP Next System. "Should have experience in developing ERPNext modules, specifically in Procurement Management, Vehicle Management, Warehouse Management, Payment Processing, and Sub-grantee Management. The candidate must have proven experience developing at least two modules in ERPNext, and should be able to integrate these modules with the existing HRIS and Payroll systems currently running on ERPNext."
4. This invitation for bid is open to all interested bidders fulfilling the above criteria and the bid evaluation and award shall be determined in accordance with the provisions indicated in the RFP. The RFP is prepared in English Language.
5. Bids must be delivered to the above office or deposited in the Tender Box situated at the JSI Country office before the closing date on October 27, 2026 at 4:00 PM
6. JSI reserves its rights to reject any or all bids.
