JSI Ethiopia invites bids for comprehensive insurance coverage for its vehicles.

In Ethiopia. JSI has been a steadfast partner to the Ministry of Health since 1994, reaching over 70 million people. What began as a focus on reproductive and maternal health has evolved into a portfolio of more than 65 projects dedicated to transforming the national health landscape. Today, our work spans all regional health bureaus, strengthening primary health care, optimizing supply chains, and leading the digital transformation of the health sector. With a presence in 15,000 health facilities, JSI remains committed to scaling sustainable health outcomes across Ethiopia. JSI is interested to procure a comprehensive insurance coverage of JSI vehicles. Our requirement is as per the given specification detailed separately. Note that bidders should include the following documents with the price quotation they submit:
§ Renewed business license
§ VAT & TIN registration certificate.
§ Technical and Financial documents in two separate envelopes along copy.
§ Price validity of the tender document must be at least for 30 calendar days after submission.
The closing date for submission of the bid is April 6, 2026 on or before 04:30 p.m. Bids after this hour shall not be considered. The bids will be opened on April 7,2026 at 11:00 A.M. in the morning at the organization's meeting room (see address of organization below) in the presence of applicant bidders or their representatives. Bidders shall collect the detailed Request for Quotations (RFQ) documents at the below office address starting from next Monday (9AM March 30, 2026)
JSI reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
