- Renewed trade license
- TIN Certificate (only for local Bidders)
- VAT Registration (only for local Bidders)
- Tax Clearance Certificate (only for local Bidders)
- Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from July 01, 2026 upon the non-refundable fee of Birr 00 (Two Hundred Birr) or Equivalent amount in easily convertible currency to customer Accounts Transaction Services office, Tower II, Ground Floor & Collect the bid documents by softcopy through your Email or by flash disk from Procurement directorate at DBE Kiyamed Building (Former Sugar Corporation Head Office) 1st floor.

- Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on July 16, 2026 at 10:05 A.M. (4:05 local time) In the presence of bidders and/or their authorized person.

- Bidders should present their Financial & Technical documents (Original and one Copy) separately in sealed envelope.
