ተጫራቹ ባለፉት ሁለት ዓመታት የነበረው አማካይ የተረጋገጠ ዓመታዊ የትራንዝክሸን ከብር 6,000,000 ያላነሰ ሆኖ ከወጪ ቀር ሂሳብ ብር1,000,000 ያላነሰ መሆኑን የባንክ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡

ባለፉት ዓመታት ቢያንስ የአንድ ዓመት የመልካም ስራ አፈጻጸም ከውል ጋር ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡

Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);

የጨረታዉ አሸናፊ ዕቃዎቹን በራሱ ትራንስፖርት በቡሌ ሆራ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ንብረት ክፍል ድረስ ገቢ አድርጎ ክፍያዉን ይቀበላል፡፡
ጨረታዉ በመንግስት የግዥ መመሪያ፤ ህግ እና ደንብ መሰረት የሚመራ ይሆናል፡፡
ማሳሰቢያ፡- ማንኛዉም ተጫራች ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ እና ናሙና በአካል ቡሌ ሆራ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የግዥ አስተዳደር ዳይሮክቶሬት ቢሮ ቁጥር 121 ድረስ ማምጣት አለበት፡፡
- የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ከጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ደብዳቤ የሚያቀርቡ ተወዳዳሪዎች ከአምራች ድርጅቶች ውጪተቀባይነት አይኖረውም፡፡
ማንኛዉም ተጫራች ጨረታዉ በተዘጋ በ60 ደቂቃ ውስጥ የጨረታ መክፈቻ ሚስጥር ቁጥር (Key Share) ከሲስተሙ ላይ ማስቀመጥ ወይም መሙላት አለበት፡፡ ይሄንን ካላስቀመጠ ከውድድር ውጪ ያስደርጋል፡፡
