- The bid is open to all eligible National Competitive Bidders with Category- 6 and above License in WWC or GWWC having business licenses valid for the current fiscal year (2017 E.C) such as Trade License, Trade Registration, TIN NO, VAT Registration and Personnel Professional Licenses and experienced on similar Projects construction.
- All documents including the bid bond shall state the bidder’s name. Interested bidders shall obtain Bid Documents on submission of a written application and copies of necessary eligibility endorsing documents and renewed licenses upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 1000 (One Thousand) on working days and time before bid submission time.
- Bids must have accompanied by bid security of ETB 250,000 (Two Hundred Fifty Thousands Birr) in the form of Bank Guarantee or CPO valid for a total of 150 days.
- Bid shall be submit before 2:00 P.M. on the 21st Working days counting from the first date of this Bid invitation announcement published on National Newspaper.
- If the 21st Working days fall on non-working day, the submission, closing and opening day will be postponed to the next working day on similar time at the Bureau.
- Bid Document has to be submit in one/1/ original and Three/3/ copies for both financial and for technical bid documents. Each and individual copies and original of technical and financial bid document has to be sealed in a separate envelope.
- Any electronic submission is not applicable.
- The Bid shall be valid for a period of 120 days after submission deadline.
- Bids will be opened at 2:30 P.M. on the above mentioned date and address in the presence of bidders/their legal representatives who choose to attend in person.
- The Bureau reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bid.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the SWEPRS Water Mines & Energy Bureau, Regional One WaSH Program Management Unit, from 02:30 AM to 12:30 AM & 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
