የተሟላና የታደሰ የፀረ ተባይ መድሃኒት ርጭት ህጋዊ የሙያ ፍቃድና የብቃት ማረጋገጫ እንዲሁም የተሟላ የርጭት መሳርያዎች ያለው መሆኑን ማስረጃ የሚያቀርብ
Bidder has to submit relevant professional practice certificates, if required in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(iv);

ተመሳሳይ የርጭት አገልግሎት ለመንግስታዊና መንግስታዊ ያልሆኑ ድርጅቶች የመስጠት ልምድ ያለው መሆኑና ለሰራው ስራ ውጤታማነት የሚያረጋግጥ የምስጋና ደብዳቤ የሚያቀርብ።
Bidder has failed to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information related to its professional qualification and capability for the period specified in the BDS Clause 14.1;

መያያዝ ያለባቸው ዶኩሜንቶች ግልፅና የሚነበቡ መሆን አለባቸው፣ እንዲሁም በሚመለካታቸው ቦታ ካልተያያዙ እና ካልቀረቡ ከጨረታው ውድቅ ይደረጋሉ።
ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፈል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
አሸናፊ ድርጅት ያሸነፈው የፀረ ቱሃን ርጭት በአክሱም ዩኒቨርሲቲ ዋና ግቢ፣ሽሬ ካምፓስ ፣ ዓድዋ ካምፓስ እና ሪፈራል ካምፓሶች የርጭቱ ጥራቱ በሚቀርቡ ኮሚቴዎች ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ ክፍያው ይፈፀማል፡፡
የፀረ-ቱኋን ርጭት አካሄድ፡-መጀርያ ከተላያዩ ብሎኮች የተባዮች ናሙና ይወሰዳል፡፡
ከዛ ቀጥሎ ተባዮቹ መድሃኒት የተላመዱትና ያልተላመዱት ይለያል፡፡ በመቀጠል ተባየቹ ሊገድል የሚችሉ ኬሚካሎች ይለያሉ፡፡ ከተለዩ በኋላ ሳይንሳዊ በሆነ መንገድ መድሃኒቶች ውሁድ እንዲሆኑ ይደረጋል፡፡ ከዛ በኋላ ተባዮቹ ሊገድል የሚችል ውሁድና ኮንስትራክሽን እነዲዘጋጅ ይደረጋል ፡፡ ከዚህ በኋላ ታዛቢዎች ባሉበት ርጭት ይካሄዳል፡፡
አሸናፊ ድርጅት የሚያቀርበው የውል ማስከበርያ ለ6ወር የሚቆይ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም የባንክ ጋራንት መሰራት ያለበት ሲሆን እንደ ዋስትና ተይዞ የሚቆይ ይሆና (ስራው ካጠናቀቀበት ቀን ጀምሮ ያሉት 6ወራት ግምት ውስጥ በማስገባት ማሰራት አለበት፡፡
