2. .የጨረታ አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት እቃዉን በራሱ ትራንሰፖርት ደሴ ከተማ ድረስ ማቅረብ መቻል አለበት፡፡
3.ዩኒቨርሲቲዉ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን በከፊል ወይም ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡
2. .የጨረታ አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት እቃዉን በራሱ ትራንሰፖርት ደሴ ከተማ ድረስ ማቅረብ መቻል አለበት፡፡
3.ዩኒቨርሲቲዉ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን በከፊል ወይም ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡
