Maichew Particleboard works PLC invites suppliers to participate in the tender for the supply of Urea Formaldehyde Resin Powder (UFR) through this letter of invitation taking the following lists of criteria under Consideration:

- Selected bidders can obtain the bid document with its letter of invitation from Addis Ababa Branch Office from the date of Bid announcement by paying unreturnable Birr of 00
- Bidders must submit original & photocopy of currently renewed and valid business license.
- Bidders must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total price offered for the materials in the form of C.P.O.
- Bidders should submit their offer referring to the bid No MPM/AA/005/26 in a sealed envelope indicating their financial and technical offers up to 27/12/2018 E.C 4:00 local time At Maichew Head Office
- Bid will be opened at Maichew head Office in the presence or absence of bidders /their representatives on the same date 27/12/2018 E.C 4:30 Local Time.
- Bidders should supply the requested material(UFR) by their own foreign currency and the destination of delivering the material is at the supplier’s store, Addis Ababa
- Bidders should submit 25 kg of properly packed sample before the due date (Closing Date) at Addis Ababa Branch Office /Mekelle/Maichew
- The UFR Should be delivered Within 10 days after the award to the winner of the Bid
- Bidders should follow the rules and procedures listed in the bid document
- Bidders should state their price in both E1 and E2 emission class if they have both Levels
- Maichew Particleboard works PLC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
