* ዋጋ ስትሞሉ በስፔኩ/በተጠየቀው መሰረት መሆን አለበት።
* እቃዉ/አገልግሎቱን ማቅረብ የሚቻለው በተቀመጠለት ቀን መሰረት ነው።
* አሸናፊው ድርጅት እቃዎችን/አገልግሎቶችን የሚያቀርበው ወሎ ሰፈር በሚገኘው የ INSA ዋና በስሪያ ቤት ነው።
* አሸናፊው ድርጅት እቃው/አገልግሎቱን ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነው።
* ዋጋ ከመሙላታችሁ በፊት የተጠየቀውን እቃ/አገልግሎት ለማቅረብ የንግድ ፈቃዳችሁ ከጥያቄው ጋር ተመሳሳይ መሆኑን ማረጋገጥ ያስፈልጋል።
* የግዥ ደንቦችና መመሪያዎች ተፈፃሚነት ይኖራቸዋል።
*ለምትወዳደሩባቸው እቃዎች ሳምፕል ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነው
* ተቋሙ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ
* እቃዉ/አገልግሎቱን ማቅረብ የሚቻለው በተቀመጠለት ቀን መሰረት ነው።
* አሸናፊው ድርጅት እቃዎችን/አገልግሎቶችን የሚያቀርበው ወሎ ሰፈር በሚገኘው የ INSA ዋና በስሪያ ቤት ነው።
* አሸናፊው ድርጅት እቃው/አገልግሎቱን ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነው።
* ዋጋ ከመሙላታችሁ በፊት የተጠየቀውን እቃ/አገልግሎት ለማቅረብ የንግድ ፈቃዳችሁ ከጥያቄው ጋር ተመሳሳይ መሆኑን ማረጋገጥ ያስፈልጋል።
