Bidder has to complete the Delivery and Completion Schedule through Electronic Government procurement System as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements.

Description, content and specification of the product offered shall comply with the requirement
(Ref: ITB 36.4(d)(i)) - •Certificate from the competent Regulatory Authority (RA) :
Attach Valid EFDA product market authorization or EFDA product registration certificate.
If EFDA product market authorization not submitted, bidder shall submit Valid CE or US FDA or ISO 13485 certificate with Commitment letter to be registered on EFDA market authorization registration until the price validity period of this tender (i.e 60 days from the date of the tender opening).
