2.በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሚሆነው ድርጅት ከሆስፒታሉ ጋር ለአንድ አመት የሚቆይ ውል ገብቶ ከኢትዮጵያ መድሃኒት አቅራቢ ኤጀንሲ ስቶክ አውት በሚሆንበት ሰዓት ተቋሙ የሚፈልጋቸው ሪኤጀንቶች ለአሸናፊው ድርጅት በሚፈልገው መጠን የግዥ አቅርቦት ትዕዛዝ ሲደርሰው በአምስት የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ የታዘዙትን ግባአቶች ሆስፒታሉ ድረስ የማቅረብ ግዴታ ይኖርበታል ፡፡
3.ሆስፒታሉ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታው በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው
