Bidder has failed to complete its Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with technical specification presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements .

Terms and Conditions
1.የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ Modjo Customs Branch Office/የሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት በሚል መሰራት ይኖርበታል፡፡
2.የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ e-GP ሲስተሙ ላይ ስካን ተደርጎ መጫን/Attach/ ማድረግ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡
3.የሚቀርቡት የተለያዩ የንፅህና መጠበቂያ እቃዎች በጨረታ ላይ በተጠቀሰው ስፔስፊክሽን መሠረት መሆን ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
4.የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ከጨረታ ከመከፈቱ ከ30 ደቂቃ በፊት ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ ክፍል 4ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 421 ማስረከብ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡
5.የእቃዎች ሳምፕል ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ቀደም ብሎ ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ ክፍል 4ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 421 ማስረከብ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡ ሆኖ ግን ሳምፕል ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከጨረታ ውድቅ ይደርጋል፡፡
6.በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ማህበራት ላይ የተደራጁ ድርጅቶች ከሆናችሁ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ከሆነ ያደራጀው መ/ቤት በበላይ ኃላፊ ተፈርሞ ጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር መጠን የተገለጸበትና እርጥብ ማህተም የተደረገበት መሆን አለበት፡፡
7.አሸናፊ ድርጅት ዕቃዎችን ማስረከቢያ ቦታ ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ይሆናል፡፡
8.ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በክፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
