2.የጨረታ ማስከበረያ e-GP ሲስተሙ ላይ ስካን ተደርጎ መጫን/Attach/ ማድረግ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡
3.የጨረታ ማስከበረያ ከጨረታ ከመከፈቱ ከ30 ደቂቃ በፊት ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ ክፍል 4ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 421 ማስረከብ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡
4.በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ማህበራት ላይ የተደራጁ ድርጅቶች ከሆናችሁ የጨረታ ማስከበረያ ድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ከሆነ ካደራጀው መ/ቤት በላይ ኃላፊ ተፈርሞ ጨረታ ማስከበረያ ብር መጠን የተገለጸበትና እርጥብ ማህተም የተደገበት መሆን አለበት፡፡
5.የዕቃዎች ሳምፕል ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ቀደም ብሎ ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ ክፍል 4ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 421 ማስረከብ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡ ሆኖም ግን ሳምፕል ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከጨረታ ውድቅ ይደርጋል፡፡
6.አሸናፊ ድርጅት የዕቃዎች በእራሱ ትራንስፖርት በማጓጓዝ እና የጫኝ እና የአዉራጅ ክፍያንም በእራሱ በመክፈል ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት የእቃ ግምጃ ቤት ማስረከብ ይኖርበታል፡፡
7.ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በክፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
