ቅ/ጽ/ ቤቱ የዋጋ ማቅረቢያዉን የማወዳደር ሂደቱን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ ለሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡
በደብዳቤ ዋስትና የመስጠት ግዴታ አለበት;;
አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት አሸናፊ መሆኑን ባሳወቅንዉ በ1ቀን ዉስጥ ዕቃዉን ቃሊቲ ጉ/ቅ/ጽ ቤት ድረስ በራሱ ትራንስፖርት ማቅረብ ፡፡
ግዥ የሚፈጸምባቸዉ ዕቃዎች ኦርጅናል ስለመሆናቸዉ በባለሙያ ከተረጋገጠ በኃላ ክፍያ ይፈፅማል፡፡
