የጽሕፈት መሳሪያዎች ዝርዘር ዕቃዎች ድርጅቱ የማጓጓዣና ተያያዥ ወጪዎችን ሸፍኖ ገቢዎች ሚ/ር ድሬዳዋ ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤት ቅጥር ግቢ ድረስ ማምጣት ይጠበቅበታል፡፡ ድርጅቱ የሚያቀርበው እቃ መ/ቤቱ በሚመድበው ሰራተኛ ስለትክክለኛነታቸው አስመርምሮ ያስረክባል፡፡ ከመስፈርት (specification) ውጪ የሆኑ እቃዎች አቅራቢው በራሱ ወጪ ይመልሳል፡፡ ከዚህም በላይ በመጫን እና በማጓጓዝ ሂደት ለሚፈጠረው በእቃው ላይ ለሚደርሰው ጉዳት አቅራቢው ኃላፊነቱን ይወስዳል፡፡
