1. The Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency has the mandate to procure common user items with a Framework Contract Agreement on behalf of Regional Public bodies that have funds within the public bodies' budget to be used for the Procurement of different types of Vehicles.
2. The Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of:

N.B: If the total amount of bid security exceeds 500,000.00 birrs, bidders can reduce to ETB 500,000.00 birr
3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Regional Government of Oromia and are open to all eligible bidders.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday from 02:30 a.m. to 12:30 am in the morning and 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the afternoon.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 200 (Two hundred birr). The method of payment will be Cash on-site.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before April 27, 2023, G.C. up to 02:00 pm in the afternoon. Each item must be accompanied by a bid security of shown in the above table. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders /representatives who choose to attend at the address below on April 27, 2023 G.C at 02:15 pm in the afternoon.
7. The OPPPDA reserves the right to reject any bid to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time before contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
