Catholic Relief Services / Ethiopia (CRS/Ethiopia) is a country program of Catholic Relief Services which is an international humanitarian agency working to alleviate human suffering and foster human development in Ethiopia.
In relation to this, CRS/Ethiopia program would like to invite experienced and professional vehicle Rental service companies for the provision of Vehicle Rental services.
Interested bidders are expected to fulfill the requirements stated here below.
- A Renewed Business License of the sector
- Tax Identification Number and Value Added Tax Certificates.
- Organization profile showing, office facilities, past performance record on similar services, and other relevant credentials.
- Recommendation letter from other organizations (Three most recent references).
The complete bid documents are available from April 03, 2023, during office hours Monday to Friday at CRS/ Ethiopia office located at Swaziland St. Gulele SubCity, Enkulal Fabrica, P.O.Box 6592, Addis Ababa.
Duly completed bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to CRS/Ethiopia Addis Ababa office, clearly marked by "Bidders Name, Address, Legal Stamps Signature and Tender Number". Bidders should submit their technical and financial documents in two different sealed envelopes into the bid box provided for this purpose only at the CRS Ethiopia Addis Ababa office.
The last bid submission date is April 17, 2023, up to 3:00 pm. Bids after this date and time will not be considered.
Note: The supplier or Service provider agrees to adhere to the requirements laid out in the supplier and service provider code of conduct.
Catholic Relief Services (CRS) reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
