Direct Aid Ethiopia is announcing to competitive bidders to participation in the construction of high school in Somali Regional State Jigiga town Jaffer center.
1. Bidders who particpate in the constracution must be General contractor G5 and above.
2. Bidders who particpate in constraction shall asubmit renewal license VAT Tin number and clerance certificate.
3. Bidder who particpates in constraction shall submit financial orginal & copy in each separate envelop having wrtten ''orginal'& ''copy'' and iput it in a mother envelop seald .
4.. Bidders must be in a similar project experience at least three years and above pror to bidding process.
5. Bidders who can present their annual turnover last theree years 5,000,000.00 birrs
6. Bidders mustt present exterrnal audit finacial statement last five years .
7. Bidders project mannager must be professional engineer II, their site engineer must be gradute engineer & their Forman must be level III.

9. All bids should be submitted to the address below on or before 7/ sevven/ days of the announcement of this inviation for bid in the Ethiopian Herald Newspaper up to the 10th days at 10:-- am and shall be opened on the same date at 10:30 in the presence of interesed bidder or representative In the Direct Aid Office Gerji Area near Kadisco Hospital P.O. 10 Lat bidder shall not be accepted and document returend upopened.
11. Bid document shall be accompanied by a '''bid securty''' CPO not less than 2% of the total amount in an envelop waxed.
12. if the organization has got another better option we are noot in obligation to the tendering Process and the bidding might be partially or fully being cancelled.
