The Oromia Transport Agency (OTA) now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for procurement of “Transport Inspector Reflective Weld Jacket “Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bid(NCB) and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents.
- A complete set of Bidding Documents in may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non refundable fee 200.00 ETB (Two hundred Birr) the method of payment will be commercial Bank of Ethiopia Acc.No.1000007343314 or Sinke Bank Acc.No.1048017971225 at Oromia Transport Agency.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before February, 01/2024 at 10:00 AM late bids will be rejected.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at February 01/2024 at 10:30 AM.
- All bids must be accompanied by Bid security of 160,000 ETB (one Hundred Sixty Thousand Birr) Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
- The Oramia Transport Agency reseives the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
