1. The Somali regional state, Qabridahar College of Teacher Education, invites bid documents from eligible bidders for the procurement of equipment for these two lots detailed below.

1. Lot I- Administration Office Equipment
2. Lot II- Education Equipment

2. A complete set of bidding documents for the procurement of administration office equipment and education equipment’s can be purchased by legal and interested bidders that have a renewed trade license, VAT registration evidence and supply list certificate from the SRS,Bureau of finance and economic development, up on payment of a nonrefundable fee of bin 300 (three hundred birr) from SRS, Qabridahar college of Teacher Education finance and logistics support process office within 10 (Ten) working days of the first appearance of this announcement during the official working hours.
3. Interested and Eligible bidders may obtain further information from the college.
4. All bids must be accompanied by a security of 1% of the bid amount in the form of the bank guarantee, Cash or CPO and submitted before closing date.
5. Bids will Opened in the SRS, Qabridahar college of Teacher Education multipurpose Hall on the presence of bidders or their representative on the 10^th day of appearance of announcement shall be opened on the next day.
6. The original and copy of the bid document shall be signed and sealed in all pages by the bidders.
7. Bidders should submit one original and copy of the bid document with separately sealed envelope. A bidder is permitted to purchase only on lot.
8. The College reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
