Ethio-Engineering Group would like to invite eligible and qualified suppliers For Installation and commissioning of Data center and WAN Connectivity At Ethio- engineering Group Head Office and nine Industries.

1. The bidder has to submit renewed relevant trade license, valid tax clearance letter, TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate and FPPA website supplier registration certificate or business organization registration certificate or trade license issued by the country of establishment.

2. Bidders are required to submit one original and two copies of Technical and financial document and bid security proposals separately sealed.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and bidding documents from the former Imperial Hotel in Gerji procurement section Monday to Saturday for 15 working days from the date of publication of the newspaper.

4. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee ETB 300.00 (three Hundred birr). The method of payment shall be through bank account CBE 1000028606177 Ethio-engineering group.

5. The bid will be closed on 16th calendar day at 4:00 (local time) and will be opened on 16th day 4:30 (local time) at address mentioned in No 3 in presence of bidders or representatives even if bidders could not be available at the specified place and time, the purchaser shall open the bid in their absence.

6. Bids must be accompanied by unconditional bid security in the amount of 50,000 (Fifty thousand) birr.

7. Ethio-Engineering Group reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time.
