1. The CER, Bureau of Agriculture (BOA) has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Food system resilience Program and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Construction of Saja Road Side Market Shade at Yem Special wereda.

2. Interested eligible bidders should submit VAT certificate, TIN No, Renewed trade license for the current year 2016 EC.

3. The CER, Bureau of Agriculture (BOA) now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for ET-CERS-FSRP-410830- CW-RFB for the Procurement of Construction of Saja Road Side Market Shade at Yem Special wereda

4. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and is open to all bidders.

5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from the CER, BOA procurement

and property administration directorate at the address below during office hour from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

6. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and up on payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00. The method of payment will be in cash or cashier's check. In the delivery of the bidding document of the mail and shall not entertain requests for extension on account of such delays.

7. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 260,000.00 in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee be delivered to the address below on or before 3:00 PM on July 8/2024 Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below. The Bid shall be opened on 3:10 PM July 8/2024, at the following address stated below. The winner bidder has to provide 1% of contract price performance guarantee for environmental and social safe guard in addition to 10% performance bond.
