UNICEF wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for the Renovation and Additional Works Construction of ICC and Gerji Warehouses.
Location - ADDIS ABABA, ETHIOPIA
Bids must be received by latest on 28 July 2024 @ 02pm-Local time.
Bids received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
Proposers can submit bids to the secured email address: ETH-Supply Tender Box eth-supplytenderbox@unicef.org. Technical and financial documents are to be sent in two separate e-mails where the financial documents are to comprise (PDF & Excel versions of the BOQ).
In the event of a challenge, submission in person to UNICEF Addis Ababa at the ECA compound is permitted. The submission should be in the form of a soft copy using the two-envelope submission method, with separate envelopes for Technical and Financial proposals to be submitted in soft copies (using flash drives or CDs).
Additionally, financial proposals must include both PDF and Excel Versions.
The last date for accepting inquiries from the bidders is 22 August 2024 @11:00AM Local time.
Proposals submitted in any other way will be invalidated, even if received before the stipulated deadline.
UNICEF is part of the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM).
Accordingly, all proposers are encouraged to become a UNICEF vendor by creating a vendor profile on the UNGM website: www.ungm.org.
PLEASE NOTE THAT technical walk-through/site visit will be held on 07 August 2024 @9:00 AM, at UNICEF Transit/ICC Warehouse Kirkos Subcity, Woreda 3, Street # 3_501 Debreziet Road, at 300 meters from Lancha turn. Location in Google maps:

Interested bidders can send the names of participants to email supplyaddisababa@unicef.org by 06 August 2024.

Note that failure to submit compliant bids may result in invalidation of your proposal.
