Modern East African School share company located in ormia Regional state Burayu Sub-City has allocated budget for procurement of office supplies and stationary materials for 2017 academic year as listed below
- A4 papers, exercise books, chalk, duster, pens and other stationary materials in bulky
- Office supplies like; chair, guard and cleaner’s cloth and sanitary materials
- Electronic materials like computers mini-server,
- Sport materials like volley ball football and others
- CPO of birr 50,000.00 must be presented from Awash Bank
Requirements:
- Renewed trade license,
- Tin certificate,
Note that the procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids
Therefore, eligible firms/traders that fulfill the following criteria can collect the completed hid document with non-refundable fee of Birr 500 (Five hundred birr) from Modern East African School (finance office) located in Burayu next to Ane Dima Health Station for 5 days after the announcement of the bid on the newspaper.
The bid will be clased on Friday Hamle 26,2016.
The bid will be opened on Tuesday Hamle 30,2016 at 8:00 local time
