DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS
The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa b (UNECA) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia hereby seeks suitable contractors with valid licenses to express their interest for the supply of 360,000.00 pcs of toilet paper 130 gms per roll. It is ECA's intent to have a Long Term Agreement (LTA) with a qualified contractor to supply toilet paper. The successful
bidder will be contracted to supply Toilet Paper specified under the Bid Document. The Contract will be for an initial period of one (1) year with the option of yearly extension upon satisfactory performance up to Five (5) years.
Interested firms will be invited to the tender by "Invitation to Bid" (ITB) at a later stage. The detailed specifications will be contained in the ITB Bid document.
Kindly note that the UNECA is precluded from entering a contract with a firm that is not fully registered with UNGM.
Those interested in responding to this invitation but not currently fully registered as vendors with UNGM are encouraged to register before submission of the bid.
