1. The Somali Regional State Education Bureau would like to invite all interested and eligible bidders for advertising of the below mention Bids,

2. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information at the address provided below.
3. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be purchased from the Somali Regional state Education Bureau, particularly, Procurement directorate (attention to, Block 1 room 03) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 500, to be sold during office hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. in 2024GC with a valid trading license renewed for 2017 EFY, tax clearance certificate valid until the date of dead line of bid submission and vat registration/tin/supply certificate at Somali Region Education Bureau Procurement Directorate
4. A refundable bid security deposit of 2% of the estimated reserve price shall be paid in the form of CPO payable to the Somali regional state Education Bureau by interested candidates
5. A bid shall be valid for 45 working days starting from the day published in The Ethiopian Herald.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below from the date of announcement of The Ethiopian Herald.
7. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their representative who choose to attend on the opening date Tuesday, at the meeting hall of SRS-Education Bureau,
8. The Bureau reserved the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
