INVITATION TO-BID

Procurement Reference Number: HTRDB 004/17

1. now invited sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Design Review and Supervision consultancy services of Rural Road.
2. Bidding will be conducted through NCB and open to those Bidders as defined in bidding documents. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Bureau and inspect the Bidding document at the address below in working hours.
3. Qualifications requirements include:

Valid trade license indicating the stream of business in which he/she is engaged.

VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority 

A valid TAX clearance certificate issued by the tax authority

        Business organization registration certificate and certificate of competence

           which is renewed for 2016 E.C

Other documents required by the Public Body. 

4. Complete set of bidding document in English may be found to those interested

bidders from the address below upon payment Eth. Birr 500 (Five Hundred).

5. Bid must be delivered to the address below at or before the time on the newspaper of the invitation (Late Bids will be rejected). 
6.  Bid will be closed at 3:30(LT morning) & opened in the presence of bidder's

representatives who chose to attend in person at the address below at 4:00 (LT morning) on the last bid submission after 15 calendar days. 

7. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of the amount and currency of the bid security 10,000.00 ETB. The bid security shall be, at the Bidder's option, in any of the following forms:

An unconditional bank guarantee;

An irrevocable letter of credit;

Cash or a cashier's or certified check or payable order, all from a reputable source from any eligible country.

8. The HTRDB reserves the right to reject any bid and annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
