INVITATION TO BID NOTICE

INTERNATIONAL/NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING

OPEN Tender No.-EMC/OT/ICB/002/2024

1. The Ethiopian Mineral, Corporation invites interested eligible & qualified Bidders for the Supply and Delivery of the following Item.

2. Interested eligible Bidders are invited to participate in this tender with a valid Trade License, TIN, VAT and Current Tax Clearance, and Suppliers' Registration Certificates.
3. A complete set of bidding document in English can be purchased by interested bidders during office hours from the address mentioned below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Eth. Birr 300 (Birr Three Hundred) for each lot in cash from corporate trade bouse and business development directorate Block 2.
4. Sealed bid marked as per the instructions given to the bidders in the tender document and addressed to the above address must be received by the BUYER at or before 10:00 AM on 24, December 2024. The document will be inserted or entered to slot bid box prepared for this purpose. No liability will be accepted by the buyer for loss or late delivery.
5. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on the date and address specified above at 10: 30A.M on 24 December, 2024.
6. All bids must be accompanied by bid security: 2% of the total FOB Valve FOR foreign and/or 2% of DDP for local bidder. The bid security shall be in original form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO from any Commercial Bank of Ethiopia or any other recognized bank.
7. The bid shall remain valid for Sixty (60) days after the bid submission deadline.
8. Ethiopian Mineral, Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
9. Bidders should submit their offer in a Sealed Envelope (i.e., Technical and Financial Proposal separately) with two copies.
