INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Employer, Dire Dawa Water, Mines & Energy Office, has received a budget from Dire dawa Administration towards the cost of Rural water supply & Rural small scale Irrigations Development and intends to apply part of the budge for payments of Construction of Construction of 4 Drilling works for Rws & SSI Project, Project located in Dire Dawa Rural kebele of Biyoawale Clusters, Qelad Cluster & Aseliso cluster Dire Dawa Water, Mines & Energy Office now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders having WWC-5 & above for construction of drilling Works as described below.

1. 1.Bidding will be conducted through NCB procedures and is open to all eligible bidders
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the address below and obtain the bidding documents during office hours 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
3. 3.Bidders shall meet the following minimum qualifying criteria to qualify for award of the contract.
4. A complete set of bidding documents in English may purchase by interested eligible bidders upon contract: payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 600 (Six Hundred Birr) on cash.
5. 5.Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 29th Dec 2024, 9:30 AM. Electronic bidding will not be permitted and late bids will be rejected.
6. 6.Bids will be publicly opened at the address mentioned below on 29th Dec 2024, at 10:00 AM.
7. 7.All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 600,000.00 in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee, or CPO.
8. Bids shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after Bid opening date.
