SECTION 1. NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Tis Isat water works plc (TIWW) here by invites sealed bid documents from eligible bidders for the supply of:

1. This bidding is open to all eligible bidders.
2. Bidders should present eligibility documents with their offer such as Renewed or valid trade license from Ministry of Trade, TIN, VAT Registration Certificate, Current Tax Clearance Certificate from Ethiopian Revenue and Customs Authority and Supplier's Registration Certificate. In case of foreign bidders, they required to attach in their bid documents Certificate of Registration from Chamber of Commerce of their respective countries. All documents including the bid bond shall be issued by the name of the bidder's company.
3. The Bidding document will be available on our website www. tisisat.com; free of charge.
4. Bidders should ask for any amendments and the bid will be evaluated with respect to the given specifications of the last amendments and instruction on the bid document.
5. A bidder with relevant trade license could participate for one or all items. But, the offered quantity for the item shall not be partial. If the bidder has an alternative bid, it shall be submitted in separate envelope with its bid security. Alternative bids will be considered and evaluated independently.
6. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security with an amount shown on a table above and it should be in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee, payable to TIWW and shall re- main valid for 90 days beyond the validity date of the bid.
7. Bidding documents shall be sealed and delivered to TIS ISAT Water Works PLC Bureau at Bahir Dar. Electronic bidding is not allowed and late bids will be rejected.
8. Bids price shall be valid for Ninety (90) days after bid opening date.
9. The bid will be on air for 31 consecutive days and closing date will be 31th day of the announcement on Ethiopian Herald at 3:00 PM.
10. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend at TIWW's office at 3:30 PM on the same date of bid closing date specified above.
11. The TIS ISAT Water Works PLC reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid, and to annul the bidding process.
12. Note that: our firm also reserves the right to compute bidders with single entities or as, a lot; with regarding its benefit. and not responsible to reimburse bidding costs.
