1. 1. 2. Bidding will be conducted through Belsty Trading PLC procurement Policy & Procedures which is adopted from & consistent with standard biding documents of our country and is open to all bidders.
      3. All interested bidders must fulfill the eligibility and technical requirements stated below.

✓ Valid and renewed trade license for 2017 E.C

✓ VAT Registration Certificate

✓ TAX clearance certificate

✔TIN Certificate.

1. 1. 4. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of 5% of the quoted price in the form of a bank CPO only.
      5. The bidding documents will be available for download on our website www.belsty.com Alternatively Bidders can collect hard copies from the head office.
      6. Interested eligible bidders can visit the construction site after 3 (Three) days of the bid announcement date,
      7. Bidders shall submit their bid in two envelopes, "Technical Documents" in one envelop and "Financial Document" separately in other envelop and the two envelops sealed in one another envelop.
